Chef Nick

Chef Nicholas Hernandez, an award-winning chef and ice sculptor, was born and raised in Westchester, New York, with Puerto Rican and Italian roots. Now based in the Reno/Tahoe area, he serves clients far and wide.

Nicholas discovered his love for cooking early, starting in professional kitchens at just 13. His passion and natural talent led him to earn a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from SUNY Culinary School, graduating with numerous honors and accolades.
